      good work culture, good people in the company(co-workers).

      Cons

      The decision making is not at the level that it should be, the neo ceo's are the "I know all".The company is treated as a personal property where nothing is taken into consideration ..the hardwork of the employees ,the profits that it yields...this Mr. know all comes ,shakes the company to get his bigger chunk of Bonus and then would leave.If this is what keeps on going neither there will be a company nor the experienced engineers nor the managers and the management.......everything would be decimated.......come on wake up from your deep sleep...act now or never will the state of affairs.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
