      Excellent opportunities to learn, contribute and develop skills in battery technology from some of the brightest and most experienced minds in the field. Strong systems in place. Real products, real customers. Company has firmly established its position as a leader in advanced batteries for emerging industries.

      Cons

      Relatively small company in a highly competitive space so there is pressure to move quickly and perform at a high level and things can and do change frequently. While it's not a startup anymore, it still aims to grow rapidly like a startup, and that might not be for everyone.
