Pros
- International office, chance to improve your professional communication skills in English, for me this was the thing that I liked specially that being a developer in this company requires heavy communication with non- tech teams done mainly in English. - Very encouraging environment to practice sports with a decent heath bonus and freedom to practice sports during work hours (with prior notice to your superior of course but still very flexible). - Perfect place to work with new technologies, like every other tech company, legacy exists but it's being maintained and migrations are happening as I write this, very interesting new project too with up to date technologies, you will be working on daily basis with more than just one technology or programming language, gets a bit challenging and stressful sometimes but you will feel the outcome on your personal development and tech stack skills.
Cons
- Micromanagement exists but things are changing and tech department is getting more and more autonomous, the CTO is doing a good job when it comes to this. - Salaries are a bit low compared to market average, but this is a startup so it's kind of expected.
