      Pros

      Great working conditions, proper work-life balance achievable due to the company being global but honoring local practices and trends, the culture is very different than in other global companies, the sports sentiment is visible in and out, and because of the Amsterdam office being over 1.000 employees big, there's some development opportunities as well.

      Cons

      Salaries are average, not low or bad, but nothing special to write home about, but the overall benefits package is ok I'd say.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
