How anyone could say there are pros is beyond me.
Cons
The management of this business are not fit to be in charge of a potted plant, let alone personnel. The owner has no idea how to get the best out of employees and can be frequently heard shouting and swearing at people. One employee was brave enough to make a formal complaint about this and ended up losing his job. Unfortunately, I cannot name the individual concerned, but I think he deserves a mention in the Queen's birthday honours list. The most shocking thing of all was when one female employee complained about harassment. It was upheld and she received a payment,but the person responsible was allowed to keep his job.
