      Nice and attractive possibilities to grow and learn. By only showing some initiative and being motivated one can reach quite a lot

      They employ some incredible people and are very willing to teach/train the inexperienced.

      Executive Team doesn't know what they are doing, turnover rate is extremely high, and the training is subpar
