Pros
Lots of things to learn, both to do and not to do. Great people and besides the usual perks - it is a good place to work as long as you got the right attitude for it. No matter what people say, every company have its own set of problems and this is one of the more pleasant place to work in Berlin - startup or not.
Cons
They had a few directional problems which lead to some employee losses - whether it was the right decision or not - management made the best decisions they could at those times. You can't please everyone, and at the end of the day - its still a business - tough times will happen. I think it is easy for people to recount the negatives more than the positives - just to be fair - ad2games have made quite a lot of progress too besides all the tough goings mentioned by other posters.
