Pros
Zynga offers good work life balance. The company values inclusion and diversity. Flexibility of work hours is given to employees making it easier for people living far away of juggling family to contribute. The physical work environment is pleasant. The studio has been stable and hasn't fired employees like other game companies around the world do. In theory, the values held by the organization are admirable. And depending on your manager, you have opportunities for growth.
Cons
Poor senior management. Career growth isn't well charted out. There is supposed to be transparency but there isn't. Unprofessional behaviour by senior staff. Pockets of sexism and preferential treatment.
