Pros
- Really impressed with the infrastructure and processes around data analysis - Rigor around developing you via applied experience - bright people all around - great office/benefits
Cons
- obviously some turmoil in the press, but somewhat overstated IMHO- company just needs to deliver, which I believe it will - Certain tools needed to do the job well can be slow, impacting ability to move fast during certain hours - Long hours, but worth it to teach you how to prioritize and to get add'l experience which would take twice as long anywhere else.
