They started from 3x productivity and reached till 10x, and that only in jira to show to management, nothing applies to products enhancements
No work appreciation and appraisal
Few people are woking in company from long time who are running the entire product development module and some of started career with this company and still feeding the Jira to show fake productivity to management

They have setup of more than 200 employees in Pune but 80% is empty
Worst appraisal process, they do process in March and it is reflected in July salary
Managers are like hired from bus stand, they don't know products and no contribution is team work, only feed sheet and show to higher management
You can not ask for leave, even sick leave else you have to provide all medical details with manager so keep one doctor with you when you join this company
If they don't have project work, they force managers to target people, harass them and even put on PIP without any proper justification
They force you to do the work which is out of your skill set to cut down the cost
