As a woman working here, I often felt extremely uncomfortable. Some managers behaved in ways that came across as unprofessional and overly familiar, making the workplace feel unsafe instead of supportive. There were moments where the boundaries between “manager” and “friendly coworker” felt blurred, and it left me feeling pressured and uneasy. Instead of providing guidance, some leadership seemed more interested in personal attention than in helping me grow in my role. The company does not create a secure or respectful environment for women, and it shows every single day.
