Truly incredible team to work with--on the whole the people are smart, motivated, and friendly. There's a can-do attitude across the organization. Plus a great climate tech mission (clean water generation and recovery from the most difficult sources) and a very impressive material chemistry innovation at its core. The future is bright!

It's a relatively early stage company so processes are being developed/in flux at times. More freedom than a mature company--which can be good and bad at times.

My manager was excellent. Frequent check-ins and great feedback.

All Hands Meetings were held monthly but not honest. We were told that our company sold membranes to Vietnam only to find out later through the grapevine that never happened. The CEO never told us the sale did not go through. Our warehouse maxed out, and we had to stop making membranes. The CEO kept telling us of sales but the warehouse inventory did not go down. At All Hands Meeting, he would tell us about great things, that never came to me. Some of the staff seem to be out of the office / not working quite a lot. Not sure how we are making money. The hourly staff have to go in and work,the other staff seem to be able to be off or work remotely. I do not think they are working
