Zurich is a company with a strong ethical background, a diverse highly International staff willing to help and a good market reputation
Cons
Zurich is too cerebral, too theoretical, and not aggressive enough. They're not good at keeping costs down and have very high franchise costs running their businesses. Their treatment of employees is actually only average.
