Challenging culture with room for improvement - Product Manager Zuri Health Employee Review

The management was disappointing. Deadlines were often unrealistic, and it felt as though they didn't fully understand the technology behind the product. There is a noticeable lack of work-life balance, with long hours and high pressure to meet tighter schedules because of disorganisation from the management. Favouritism and disrespect were also prevalent, creating an atmosphere that felt unprofessional and discouraging for many of us.
