Pros
I got to travel all over the country and was on the road essentially every two weeks. I worked directly with talent and learned invaluable skills for my field.
Cons
Very, very toxic work environment where politics reign supreme. The company is transitioning from a 'family business' mentality to a corporate environment, so tensions are high and company culture is non-existent. Upper level management seems more interested in promoting themselves instead of their subordinates. People with different ideas and opinions are seen as threats and you'll notice a trend where those certain people will disappear from the company. You won't move up unless someone quits. Every department is territorial. Terrible pay for the amount of hours you work - especially on event week. Bonuses are a joke and don't expect to be able to use any of your vacation. You're constantly reminded 'how lucky you are to be working for such a great company' when they've cleared f-d you on pay, hours, job duties.
