Very inhumane and out of touch - Anonymous employee Zubale Employee Review

They do not respect your personal time, people are expected and asked to work weekends and nights with no remuneration. Then, they layoff people with no notice, no follow up and no reason. After that, leadership acts as if nothing has happened and apear dancing and celebrating revenues. There is no benefits. They dont hire people directly. Work is ok if youre a programmer but they treat everyone else as disposable with no regards for people.
