Pros

- The company is growing extremely fast, so there is never a dull moment. Offers an amazing environment to get exposure to all sorts of projects. - The company ships amazing product features extremely fast. Unlike a lot of other startups, the product lives up to the hype and keeps improving rapidly. - Everyone at the company is delightful to work with and really shares company values.

Cons

Like most companies during Covid, the fully distributed workplace can be a bit isolating, but management and the people team does a great job trying to keep everyone connected and organizes on/offsites to bring everyone together.

Cons

-Poor leadership: they build what they want and have their mind set on instead of learning from others in the industry that they've hired -Immense favoritism in the sales team. Hiring friends/old colleagues -very high turnover, people are fired for looking at the leaders wrong (the smallest of things) -No growth opportunities really - low work life balance -"unlimited" vacation that really isn't... Your time off is tracked like a hawk and you're expected to still be available when off
