Pros
Zotefoams is a really friendly company where all senior management including the executive team are very approachable and nice. I was given great opportunities with big responsibilities on the grad scheme, which helped me to develop a wide range of skills.
Cons
An improvement for the grad scheme could be company should include a structured future development plan for students, such as opportunities to study towards a professional degree, develop key work skills etc.
