The location is near to bus stop and hsr layout 27th main street, where you have good restaurants.

The senior management doesn't know how to respect the juniors. Just one hall where everyone sits. Seniors do too much of micromanagement. The senior management abuses juniors there and show that what package they give is a mercy done by them . No extra benefits. No cafeteria. You don't even get 5 mins free to talk to anyone . It is one of the worst company where the only thing you get is mental torture and abuses.

Nothing that I can think of

*Company has the worst CTO , who doesn't know how to deal with his employees. *Company Location at Bangalore is the worst(Can't get anything to eat for miles and there is no company canteen). *They expect you to stay for a minimum of 10-11 hours even if you have nothing to do. *No work life balance *Nothing new to learn even if you are a fresher with average programming knowledge *No proper HR team. *No proper planning before work allocation and that work gets scrapped eventually and you have start fresh again. *No team lunch
