Pros
Flexible schedule, some professional growth. Good atmosphere in the teams and some people still know the way forward.
Cons
Top management is restricted to Germans. Bad ones, at that. Steering Committee is steered by emotions and politics rather than data. Huge growth has no impact on employees' lives. The compensation package is just average. Tons of unfair situations and redundant positions (no one challenges the status quo) that taint the environment. Not too much professional growth. Company culture could be so much more, based on the previous. But they prefer to trust consultancy-sourced people rather than the talented people, a shame.
