Pros
On time salary and couple of knowledgeable people who have been in the system for a long time.
Cons
Operation people leading tech and product teams. All discussions are about delivering features, whether or not they imply growth. No architecture reviews, no documentation and no security related discussions, all about building more and more features. Very old technology stack and all patch work piling one on top of another. The managers are merely program managers talking about timelines and selling fear to lay off.
