Pros

Working at ZoomInfo means being surrounded by passionate, driven, caring individuals who are working their hardest to be industry leaders every single day. Hard work is rewarded with growth opportunities, financial incentives, and a variety of outlets for recognition and appreciation. ZoomInfo employees never stop learning and growing, whether that's about a new product or aspect of the industry from a product launch or acquisition, or from an internal training about role-based best practices. As the company and our team grow, individual contributors are given the opportunity to pursue their passions, moving vertically, laterally, or even creating their own new job descriptions to fill open needs. In my tenure at ZoomInfo, I've learned significantly more than I had in my entire previous career, and I'm supported daily with both strong leadership and fantastic colleagues to learn from.

Cons

ZoomInfo takes hard work seriously, and there are no "off days". Working with such a talented group of people can feel intimidating, and constantly pushes you to be your best and get 1% better every day, which is both very inspiring and a little overwhelming. The fast pace of work, and constant rate of change create growth challenge, but it is apparent leadership both recognizes and is actively working to resolve.

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
