Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. At ZoomInfo, listening to our employees is something we take very seriously. We measure engagement monthly with pulse polls, and we have an annual engagement survey that we deploy to the whole organization that informs our yearly culture planning. From this survey, each manager is given an overview of their department-level results as well as coaching for how to both make improvements and leverage their strengths. We also use this survey to make an organization-wide action plan, and many employee-centric programs, and initiatives, including a complete benefits overhaul, have resulted. We hold ourselves accountable with regular reporting to employees on our progress, typically during our quarterly all-company meetings.
