Pros

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the CEO knowing you by name to your direct leadership respecting your style of selling or involvement of management, this place is truly the best place I've ever worked. The company is extremely healthy and is skyrocketing in growth. Global expansion of offices, hiring the best executives on the planet, and our share price is booming with the ability to earn extra shares through many different avenues. World-class health benefits with unbelievable pay. Majority of SDR's make over 100k with top AE's/AM's earning 500k+ Culture is TOP TIER. No toxic sales bros, extreme diversity of all nationalities and gender, women in power and equal pay for all. Absolutely no ceiling in terms of growth. Movement upwards is very transparent and achievable. In just a year I personally have gotten 3 promotions and the company encourages you to move segments if you want to try something new. I.e. research, sales, management, customer success, products, engineering, you name it. Just let your management know and they will make it happen within a reasonable time frame if possible. I could go on and on and on but if you are on the fence, this is your sign. Get in while we are still young and enjoy the ride to the moon.

Cons

I know it's hard to believe-- none.

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
