Pros

uh lets see here.... where to begin where to being....

Cons

-unethical management, make you run phone scams to both the contractor/company, they say they are not a head hunting company but they force you to call people as early as 6AM (their business model is based on following the competitor), they preach a model for you to be successful and claim if you're not successful it because you didnt try hard enough, they talk about these company outings where you are forced to fund the excursion yourself (also hard when you are not making money on their $30K base salary + commission that you'll probably never see), the company has been around for 10+ years and aside from the owner there are only 3 people who have been for over 2 years (talk about your turnover), they talk about all this growth potential well where is it? you bust your butt trying to make it working 7 to 6 and where is $$... you've been in business for what 15 years or so and where is your employee retention if there is so much growth

Pros

Strong team environment. Yes we have fun, we banter, but we also work our tails off and all have a common goal, Grow the company and gain personal financial stability. The work life balance is good - yes 7:00AM starts during the training program can be an adjustment, but it is extremely rare to be at the office any later than 5:00PM on the dot. The office remodel is modern and well thought out. The client list includes some of the most cutting edge military programs, medical device R&D leaders and other commercial electronic companies developing innovative tech. It may not resonate with some, but to feel as though you are really contributing in some facet to the defense industry, or having a hand in the developing life saving med tech is gratifying. The opportunity to make money is there, you have to work hard though. There is no hand-outs. The management team and people in Sr. level positions are more than willing to provide guidance and advice and will do anything to help a fellow colleague in need. Very Collaborative environment. The ability for growth is there personally. A few guys who started within the last few years are already in a management role.

Cons

7:00-5:00 can be a long day. i have talked to other folks in the industry who may have to work until 7PM or later. Once you complete the 6 month training 8:00AM start time is the usual. We are constantly looking to upgrade our training methods and look to make it as interactive as possible. Sometimes the training can be stale, but this is a work in progress.
