Pros
Overall, I had a positive experience working at the company. The team was professional, the clients were generally strong and interesting to work with, and the company provided a good environment for learning and growth. I also appreciated the quality of projects and the opportunity to collaborate with talented people. Work-life balance was generally okay, though not always ideal. At times, the workload could become intense, and expectations required extra flexibility. However, overall, the experience was valuable and positive.
Cons
The main downside was compensation growth. Despite working for the company for several years, I did not receive a salary increase for 4 years. In the final year, my compensation actually decreased, which was disappointing and made it difficult to feel fully valued financially.
