      Pros

      Decent liveable wage for first job out of college. Competitiveness and tenacity often rewarded. Great co-workers, always make the atmosphere as fun as possible. Continuous training.

      Cons

      Fast paced sales: it's boom or bust. Managers are often overwhelmed with large teams. Often times left on your own to figure things out. Also can be held in limbo in knowing job status and other internal job opportunities.

      Pros

      Work from home is a perk for most. Some ability to travel and attend events with clients and prospects.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? If you really need a job, I get it but would not recommend it! So many issues- toxic culture, very siloed even within sales organization, leadership not to be trusted. Penny pinching on sales commissions and unrealistic sales goals.
