Cons
- Toxic culture, toxic senior management and toxic reporting manager - No open door policy, “Sir” culture still prevails - No transparency about anything - You will be hired for something and will be working for something else. If you are a manager, please expect a associate level job - No rewards and recognition - you will be expected to work on Saturday and sunday; basically you have to available 24/7. If you are joining as a associate it will be a pain since you will be the person who will be doing the whole work (and no appreciation will be there) - You will do the work; managers will take the credit and senior management is actually fine with it. All they care is the output. - No peace of mind (you will be tortured; example: you will be asked to redo a work for no specific reason - the reason your manager will be saying is , “just because I am saying” - Ethical decision are never taken; no doubt why the culture is so toxic - Power is as per hierarchy and thats visible
