      Pay was good, work was interesting

      Cons

      No collaboration with other colleagues, only direct interaction with manager in China (who may or may not speak good english.) No accountability or good oversight over work given by manager. No medical coverage, or any extra benefits.

      Good work environment Daily workload is very reasonable Helpful colleagues and friendly office staff Timings are a little bit flexible Compensation is good Monthly and yearly bonuses Career growth

      Office location is generally far for many colleagues Low amount of leaves and remote work Language barrier can cause communication difficulty
