The CEO, CTO, and Division leaders are very invested in your career and very supportive of helping you reach next steps - With it being a startup, there is lots of room for not only career growth, but you also have an impact on how the platform itself will grow - Great salary; on par with similar roles in other companies - Great benefits

Not necessarily a con for me, but it is a very fast paced and ever changing environment. You have to be able to work quickly and be prepared for changing gears and focuses.

I began working for Zipi earlier this year when I made the jump from the hospitality industry. Learning an entirely new platform and industry has had its challenges; however, each and every person I have encountered at Zipi has made it a completely smooth transition for me. Being a fully remote based company, the company culture is amazing and I feel a lot of the time that it's no different from working with people in the office since we are constantly on video calls with each other. Our CEO makes everyone feel like their ideas are acknowledged and appreciated and supports a healthy work-life balance. Most importantly, our leadership supports us in anyway they can which is invaluable to me. I couldn't say enough great things about working for Zipi!
