I worked at Zintro for years and really appreciated the flexible remote work culture and the less-defined structure that gave me an opportunity to try things and grow. I personally wouldn't enjoy being in a defined role at a large, mature company. At Zintro I was able to try management, sales/marketing, customer service/support, operations, project management, etc. Zintro was a really important part of my life and personal career.

The benefits offered aren't perfect but that tradeoff was worth the learnings, growth, opportunity, etc.
