Pros
I've worked at ZPR since 2019 and have grown immensely as a PR professional, writer, media strategist and more, all thanks to the unending opportunities offered by the company. I've been exposed to a wide array of dynamic clients in a fast-paced, yet completely remote work setting. Work / life balance at ZPR is unparalleled and the company's leadership is not only open to new ideas, but kind and flexible when unexpected life events take place. Personally, I've been able to implement new campaign strategies, gain media coverage I'm actually proud of, and develop good relationships with reporters, all of which is only possible due to the positive, family-like work environment cultivated by our boss. Consistency and hard work are greatly valued and generously rewarded. I don't see myself leaving ZPR any time soon and have found a place that pushes me to pursue my professional goals while maintaining a healthy work / life balance alongside a great team of PR professionals.
Cons
Working under pressure is a must, in addition to having a high-achieving work ethic. The company is primarily remote, so if working in an in-person setting is of great importance, ZPR may not be the proper fit.
