I joined as an intern and got the opportunity to convert into a full-time SDE 1, which itself shows that the company values performance and growth. The learning environment is really good, especially for freshers. I got hands-on experience working on real-world backend systems, workflows, and problem-solving scenarios. The team is supportive, and there is good exposure to new technologies and tools. I worked on scheduling, workflow logic, and system improvements, which helped me understand practical engineering challenges. There is also a decent level of ownership given, which helps in building confidence.
