by having a hybrid work policy, and forcing staff living in cities far from the GBS site. does not have good lodging agreements or airlines for employees who must travel to Bogota. It has leaders with do not clearly explain the feedback to the employee and stop doing follow-ups to verify the improvement or not of the performance, leading to the end of the contract in short times without just cause. at the time of starting interview processes for different positions, RRHH are not clear about the requirements of the leaders and can pass a person through different selection processes, making it a delayed and stressful process. the company is in organizational structure and it is not clear when informing if the new staff can be dismissed or not by those reorganizations.
