Pros

Laid back as it gets. Shorts and sandals every day in the corporate headquarters. I held division level meetings discussing billion dollar directions of the company with vp's and directors wearing aloha shirts and margaritaville shorts.

Cons

You are going to perform the same roles, work the same hours, and deal with the same issues as a larger company, but for $30k less than the same role at a competitor like J&J. The Company policy is a maximum merit increase of 3% annually regardless of contribution level, and a max 10% salary increase for internal candidate promotions. In other words two manager jobs open up, you get one with a $5k increase to your $50k base. The other goes to someone outside the company who was fired from a lesser role at a competitor, and will make $30k more than you because they were external and 80k is the industry standard. Your leadership is is Warsaw, Indiana, a town literally in the middle of a corn field and an hour from any real civilization. Most of the people who live here have never left the town unless it was for college, and even that was one town over. In other words, don't expect any real innovation or growth with this company. On the other hand, if you're looking for a salary and desk to coast to retirement, this is the place.

Constantly looking to innovate and not rely on past success. Growth opportunities. Willing to take risks and fail in order to eventually strike gold

Cons

Excessively Bureocratic; teams exists solely to slow others down and have authority without any responsibility
