Used to be a great company - Airline Pilot Zimex Employee Review

Zimex used to be a great company under old leadership. The company is now very corporate and employees are a nuisance. The salary structure has not changed since 2006 and now the pay is near the lowest in the industry. No real path forward for first officers. No health insurance and subpar pension program.
