You can’t take more than four days of leave in a year. There are absolutely no appraisals and no job security. They hire fresh graduates every few years, use them for the workload, and let them go after a short period. As a result, you won’t find anyone here with 3–4 years of experience. The management is toxic, abusive, and outdated, surviving mainly by being ‘yes-men’ and shifting blame onto juniors. Whenever something goes well, the manager takes the credit , that is , whenever something goes wrong, the blame falls on you.
