Zia Semiconductor- Thing of the past. - Design Engineer Zia Semiconductor Employee Review

Few pointers (I am only writing which are currently on my mind) 1- Bond is way too high(7 lakh + GST) for 4 years. You can't do Mtech, change your Field. It's the worst. 2- Nasim Ahmed(Ceo of company) has build this company from scratch but now he does not take any interest in company or it's employees. He is building some schools , he is only concerned about them. He has hired some incompetent losers and made them directors. Frankly their IQ level is below the ground water. No interest in work they only do politics. Which employee is friend with whom, Which employee is going where on weekends. 3- There is no learning on bench. Learning only occurs when you are working on actual projects. And as of now there are no clients left for ZIA. Their biggest client does not have any projects, so how they can give them. 4- They do not stay on their words. Every year they will say next year you appraisal will be best but it will never actually happen. My advice who is looking to join zia or selected in it through campus placement - Please do yourself a favour and work harder and look for something else in VLSI. Join only if if you have no other choice left and be like a robot for 4 years. Do as they say, take salary as they give. Please do not join any IT company instead of zia. I am just saying and if you have zia offer then try in some other company and tell them that you have zia offer. Company tends to hire candidates who already have an offer in hand. If you have joined zia or you think you have no other option. Join zia and then learn everything you can related to your domain. Do not think about salary, make learning your main focus, you will shine among your peers and once your bond duration will end you have multiple offers in hand. I have done that, so advising same to you guys.
