Horrible place to work - Anonymous employee Zhou Agency Employee Review

1. Some of the coworkers are the C-level's spy and will snitch on other employees. Horrible work environment. 2. C-levels are manipulative and lies to employees. 3. Salary is very low, way lower than listed on job listing pages. 4. Bonus is impossible to get. You need to get clients to write a lot of good Google reviews and sell a lot of insurance to people to get bonus regardless which job you have. They are a company that force you to sell insurance and services. 5. Very long hours, a lot longer than discussed and promised in job interviews. They keep pushing you to work longer. They do not care about employees at all. Employees need to do many useless tasks. 6. C-level and management will shame you for not working longer, not working fast enough or not selling enough product, publicly shame you in group meetings. 7. No space to grow or learn. Training and learning are horrible and useless, not set up for employees to grow and learn. 8. No diversity, all chinese employees and mostly chinese clients.
