      Pros

      - Flexibility (can WFH if you want) - Good Payment - Good festive bonus - The best thing is leave is granted without too many questions. -All they want is timely work submission- no matter when and from where you work, just submit the work and if you get stucked anywhere just inform the seniors and get your issues resolved.
