1. Hectic working hours ( more than 12 hrs per day, which will destroy your personal life).
2. Lots of politics like any other big company.
3. They have a company policy which changes every minute. DONT EVEN THINK OF JOINING THEM.
4. 2 year employment bond of Rs. 2 lakhs for most of the people ( some people like me have no bond but we had contract so they can fire us anytime ).
5. Management doesn't listen to your suggestions and output, they only care about you working like a donkey.
6. Management looks at quantity of work instead of quality of work i.e. your increment depends on the hrs your put in the office rathee than your quality of work.
7. This company works on the principal of "Work like a ROBOT and get paid like a LABOUR".
