Great place to work - Senior Accountant Zestron Employee Review

I was hired during the peak of the COVID lockdown and so far it's been amazing. I'm always learning more about the products and industry and everyone is always excited to help. Everyone is also very open minded and sincerely listens to what ideas you might have. I've been able to really grow here as an employee and I am very proud to be apart of ZESTRON.

The IT department is great but with them being located in Germany sometimes its a bit inconvenient if you're having computer issues.

Not many Pro's; benefits were ok for a small company

Worst managers on the planet. This place is full of simple minded, petty people. I've never been around so many insecure people in my life. Management has no clue about their market (they believe they are the market leader when in fact they have far less that 40% of the market), current management (still in place in 2020) permits unethical practices and they treat their employees horribly. Just look at the high turn-over in almost every area of this company. I know folks often discount negative reviews because they are from "disgruntled employees". Fact is I (and many folks I know well) quit on my own accord because I simply had enough. I've read every review for this company I can find and each negative one is accurate as far as I can tell. The only positive ones are those the company writes itself. If you decide to join this company you will all too soon learn what I warn here. Gross incompetence exists in every facet of this company - all the way to the top. In fact, weakness and incompetence are celebrated and defines their culture. Fortunately for them, there is only one true competitor in their small market niche, so many customers don't have much of a choice.
