What they claim: Competitive compensation Community-driven culture with employee events Generous time off Best-in-class benefits Fun, modern workspace Respectful and nourishing work environment where every opinion is heard What it actually is: 1. Competitive compensation What a joke. ₹3.5 LPA fixed is nowhere close to "competitive." It's one of the worst-paying companies around. If you're looking to build a career and actually get paid for your effort, keep looking. 2. Community-driven culture with employee events "Community" basically means people hanging around playing foosball and killing time because there's nothing motivating about the work culture. The events are painfully boring and feel like they're organized just so boxes are ticked. 3. Generous time off Probably the only decent thing they advertise. Even then, good luck getting your leave approved without feeling like you're begging for it because teams are constantly understaffed. Apparently planning resources isn't management's strong suit. 4. Best-in-class benefits Best-in-class? Give me a break. The cab service is decent, but that's about where the list ends. The food—especially on night shifts—is terrible. Half the time it tastes like leftovers that were reheated three times. If this is "best in class," I'd hate to see average. 5. Fun, modern workspace Sure, the office looks nice. A shiny office and a foosball table don't make up for terrible pay, poor growth opportunities, and a culture where ambition goes to die. It's a nice place to waste time, not build a career. 6. Respectful and nourishing work environment This is the biggest load of bull on their careers page. Instead of supportive leadership, you'll likely deal with a manager or should I be calling a dictator who communicates by shouting whenever something goes wrong. Constructive feedback? Don't count on it. Mistakes are met with criticism, and "learning" often means doing assignments during your days off—without extra pay. Imagine working all week for below-market pay and then being expected to spend your personal time on assignments due to a honest mistake? They know people aren't happy. They just don't seem to care. Also what surprises me is that the manager can’t even communicate properly or understand what we say, how is he even in that position? Overall If you're desperate for a job, it'll pay the bills. If you're looking for decent pay, career growth, competent leadership, or a company that genuinely values employees, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. The marketing sounds great, but my experience was that the reality was nowhere close.

Cons

I was laid off due to role elimination shortly after receiving excellent performance feedback, with no warning whatsoever. Regardless of business decisions, the way this was handled gave me no chance to prepare for the financial impact. If employment stability and transparent communication matter to you, factor that into your decision. This company will continue to choose AI over people every time. * Little to no warning around layoffs or role eliminations. * Strong performance does not necessarily correlate with job security. * Limited transparency around employment decisions that significantly affect employees’ lives.
