If I had to pick a con it would be feeling like you are isolated at times due to the nature of being a remote-based company.

Great co worker atmosphere, safety is pushed. Co workers in the field are amazing people to work with

Management pushes family but doesn’t back it up. Your family is important and they want you to see them IF you live in the state you work. If you travel, you’ll see your family every 3-4 weeks for a weekend, depending on what manager you’re under. Some are good at working with you but re organization happens a lot and you don’t get to pick who you work under. They tell you a rental will be provided for you by the company if you’re on projects further than 10 hours away. If you’re doing a weekend job then that’s true, but if you’re going to be apart of a long term project then you’re required to drive your personal vehicle no matter how far the job is unless you’re doing international travel.
