      Pros

      Great company to work for. Friendly atmosphere and much more supportive than a lot of tech companies. Management doesn't get in your way and let's you decide the best approach to work as long as you work hard and get good results! Lot's of opportunity to make your mark if you want to. Fully remote for flexible working. Good commission structure for sales.

      Cons

      If you prefer to be in an office ZeroBounce is not for you (unless you are in Romania!). Perks/benefits could be improved e.g. co-working, gym memberships etc.

      Pros

      Great work environment, everyone at ZeroBounce is very helpful and knowledgable. Even in a remote setting (another pro!) you can get all of the support you need in order to succeed.

      -Surrounded by people who want to over achieve -Lots of giving back to the employees where we can -You're given what you need to succeed in your role!

      Cons

      -Very fast paced (not for everyone) -Alot of work to do
