Pros

1. Talented Team: The team is composed of experts, which fosters a high level of professionalism and skill. While communication could be more effective at times, the overall alignment within the team remains strong. 2. Excellent Work-Life Balance: The flexibility offered is exceptional, with unlimited days off, flexible working hours, and no expectation to work overnight or on weekends. This creates a supportive environment for maintaining a healthy balance between professional and personal life. 3. Outstanding Benefits Package: The benefits provided are generous, including comprehensive health insurance (with massages included), access to coworking spaces, a laptop, home office furniture, birthday gifts, and an educational budget. 4. Support for Growth: Career development is supported, with skilled specialists and managers showing care for employee growth. Although self-initiative is required, your contributions are acknowledged due to the company’s small size, ensuring your work is noticed. 5. Overall Satisfaction: The work environment is highly enjoyable, with no significant concerns. The combination of a skilled team, flexibility, and excellent benefits contributes to a positive and fulfilling experience.

Cons

Despite the team's expertise, communication could be enhanced to improve efficiency and alignment across projects and teams.

Pros

Kind, inclusive and a driven team

Cons

A company whose management is very actively learning, seeking and implementing feedback can rarely have complaints lasting that long.

Pros

Fast-moving DeFi company that is challenging the status queue on how aggregators operate in a non-custodial way within the DeFi ecosystem. - Company with integrity (across management and investors) - High trust managers & culture of moving fast/iterating - There will always be interesting project to work at regardless of your role - Flexibility around employee benefits if you perform

Cons

With any growing startup, there are growing pains & Zerion is no different - Fully remote team can make culture and shared understanding across departments challenging for those not used to such an environment. - Up to you to rise up to your responsibilities, ask the right questions, and be persistent. - Would love to meet the rest of the team in person (but Covid) ;)
