Pros
Coworkers were all brilliant and capable Friendly environment for the most part Occasional parties were fun Learned a lot about R&D and poor project management Good for getting your foot into the engineering field
Cons
Zero growth opportunities and no raises/peer recognition for accomplishments Zero direction from management Collaborative environment deteriorated rapidly after completing internship Company not willing to invest in their employees in any capacity Management not willing to change procedures or invest in proper equipment for ISO 13845 certification Employees were treated as expendable Company projects were planned worse than the average high school project Market research was inadequate/non-existent Proper bio-lab safety/training neglected Poor communication skills -- huge disconnect between management and employees Environment became very toxic Key members of technological development no longer present at time of exit
