Terrible and not worth it!!! - Agent Zephyr Partners Employee Review

The pay is not worth it. Even though you are working from home and they say in orientation that is an incentive, the amount of overtime and no recognition for the little things you do like taking an extra shift because someone called in is not worth it. The RTA team is ridiculous and bossy. They tell you when to take your break and lunch and if you miss their chat message to go they scorn you like you're 5 years old. The upper management team only cares if you're making them look good and you're 1099 but treated as an employee. I'm sure that's against the law.
