Well structured and organized great pay

Small work environment that's about all

The hours are good. The work is fairly easy even though they ask for a lot. The benefits are ok. Some people have been there many years.

The turn over is high for newer staff. The management is unorganized. It seems like they make decisions and roll out new processes with out thinking it through. They don't care about the employees at all and the pay is not good compared to other manufacturing facilities in the area.
