Don't know about the day shift but while working in night shift I had a terrible experience. One of the managers instead of providing proper training and guidance start asking irrelevant questions on the 2nd day of my joining which was really irritating and next day I have told everything to the management so at that time they said yes which he did was not correct.But next day I have asked them for work from home due to covid -19 so they told me right now I don't need to come to office and will update. But they never get to me on this again and didn't even paid my salary for the days I have been to office. When I asked about an update they just made excuses and they also do have very weird salary cycle which is from 20th to 20th of the next month and would be paid between 2nd to 5th of the next month.
